|Mango pulp||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yoghurt||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cardamom powder||1 Pinch|
|Crushed pistachios||To Taste|
1. Chop the mangoes and put them in a blender.
2. Then add yoghurt, sugar, saffron soaked water, cardamom powder, water and give it a nice blend.
3. Garnish with cardamom powder and saffron strands and serve chilled!
