Loch Lomond Cocktail. Welcome Friends! Welcome back to Cocktails After Dark a video series where I am exploring cocktail recipes and in the process I'm changing out some of the spirits just to see how that affects the flavour profile. Today we're going to do a mixed drink called the Loch Lomond Cocktail which appeared in the 1937 Café Royal Cocktail Book and it
is Drambuie, Cointreau, and lemon juice. But just to throw a little bit of a curve in there I'm going to do one with triple sec, just to see the flavour difference.
Drambuie | 1 Ounce | |
Cointreau | 1/2 Ounce | |
Lemon juice | 1/2 Ounce |
MAKING:
1. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
