Summer is here! I repeat! Summer is here and Mango is in season. Time to sweeten up the old classic Margarita with some golden yellow pulp - but that's not all, this will be served with a Tajin rim.
Lime juice | 300 Milliliter | |
Sugar syrup | 200 Milliliter | |
Tequila | 300 Milliliter | |
Triple sec | 300 Milliliter | |
Mango pulp | 100 Milliliter | |
Ice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Mango pieces | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
For rim: | ||
Lime wedges | 1 | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tajin | 1/2 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1. Mix together the lime juice, sugar syrup, tequila, triple sec and mango pulp and chill.
2. Moisten the rim of the glass with the lime and dredge in the Tajin Salt mixture.
3. Pour the margarita over ice with mango pieces
