Welcome Friends! Welcome back to 'After Dark' where we are exploring cocktail recipes and today we're going to do the Manhattan Cocktail three different ways. I'm not gonna go too much into the history of the Manhattan or the origin story because it's all disputed and pretty much every origin story has been proven wrong. So we won't go into that today and I don't want to go too much into the history of the evolution of this cocktail either because between 1884 and 1950 I can find at least 16 or 17 completely different Manhattan cocktail recipes in cocktail books.
