Trying to kick that morning coffee habit? Me neither. BUT- if you are this is the perfect alternative to coffee! This delicious smoothie is not only healthy and delicious, but also give you a little jolt from the matcha to wake up!
|Frozen strawberries||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chia seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened coconut milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened coconut milk yogurt||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Unsweetened matcha||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1/2 Teaspoon|
1. In a blender add all of the ingredients.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a cup and sprinkle some chia seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes on the top if you’d like!
