Strawberry, Coconut And Matcha Smoothie

Trying to kick that morning coffee habit? Me neither. BUT- if you are this is the perfect alternative to coffee! This delicious smoothie is not only healthy and delicious, but also give you a little jolt from the matcha to wake up!

Ingredients

Frozen strawberries 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Chia seeds 1 Teaspoon
Unsweetened coconut milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Unsweetened coconut milk yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Unsweetened matcha 1/4 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Honey 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. In a blender add all of the ingredients.

2. Blend on high until completely smooth.

3. Pour the smoothie into a cup and sprinkle some chia seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes on the top if you’d like!

SERVING:

4. Serve and Enjoy!
