Trying to kick that morning coffee habit? Me neither. BUT- if you are this is the perfect alternative to coffee! This delicious smoothie is not only healthy and delicious, but also give you a little jolt from the matcha to wake up!
Frozen strawberries | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Chia seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
Unsweetened coconut milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Unsweetened coconut milk yogurt | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Unsweetened matcha | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1. In a blender add all of the ingredients.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into a cup and sprinkle some chia seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes on the top if you’d like!
