Still on your dry January kick? Keep it up- youre almost there! Trust me, I love a good cocktail but sometimes a gal just needs a break. However, just because youre not drinking doesnt mean you have to only drink boring water! This mocktail recipe is so delicious it will satiate any of those cocktail cravings.

Simple syrup:
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh ginger 1/2 Inch
Fresh rosemary sprig 3
Fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice 3 Ounce
Rosemary ginger simple syrup 1 Ounce
Sparkling water To Taste
Rosemary sprig 1

1. The first thing you want to do is make the simple syrup. In a small pan over medium high heat add the sugar, water, rosemary, and sliced ginger.

2. Let the simple syrup come to a simmer and once all of the sugar has dissolved turn off the heat and let it come to room temperature.

3. In a shaker with ice add the grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Shake until chilled .

4. Add into a glass, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a rosemary sprig. That’s it! A delicious mocktail that won’t make you feel like you’re missing out on any fun. Cheers!
