Find out how to make the pick-me-up of alcoholic beverages: A Bloody Mary.

Ingredients

Red tomatoes 2 , quartered
Jalapeno chile 1 , slice
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Vodka 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For bloody mary rim salt:
Kosher salt 1/2 Tablespoon
Celery salt 1/2 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika powder 1 Tablespoon
Lemon slices 2

Directions

FOR BLOODY MARY:

MAKING:

1. Put Tomatoes in a food processor.

2. Pulse until finey chopped.

3. Add remaining ingredients.

4. Blend until smooth.

FOR BLOODY MARY RIM SALT:

MAKING:

1. On a small plate combine all the ingredinets.

2. Rub a lemon slice along edge of glass rim.

3. Dip glass into mixture.

SERVING:

4. Pour the bloody mary into the tall glasses and serve.
