Smoothie - Banana, Almond And Flax Smoothie

Who else needs to detox after the long weekend? I know I do! Start your week off the healthy way with this incredibly delicious smoothie to get you back on track!

Ingredients

Banana 1
Almond butter 2 Tablespoon
Greek yogurt 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Almond extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Teaspoon
Milk/Almond milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Ice cubes 4 (optional)

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a blender add all of the ingredients.

2.Blend on high until smooth.

SERVING:

3.Pour, serve, enjoy!
