|Almond butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Greek yogurt||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Flax seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk/Almond milk||2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||4 (optional)|
1.In a blender add all of the ingredients.
2.Blend on high until smooth.
3.Pour, serve, enjoy!
