Almond butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Greek yogurt | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Almond extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Flax seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 2 Teaspoon | |
Milk/Almond milk | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Ice cubes | 4 (optional) |
MAKING:
1.In a blender add all of the ingredients.
2.Blend on high until smooth.
