Today we're making Cantaloupe Milk(less)shakes! This recipe is dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and paleo-friendly with no added sugar.
|Crushed ice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Coconut ice cream||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (coconut milk ice cream, we used vanilla flavored)|
|Coconut milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stevia||2 Tablespoon (optional, we used Truvia which may taste differently from other brands)|
1.Start out by cutting your cantaloupe into manageable chunks and toss them into the food processor.
2.Add your crushed ice, coconut milk ice cream and coconut milk. If it's still not as sweet as you'd like, add some stevia to taste, and that's it.
3.Serve and enjoy!
1.Quick tip! Sniffing your cantaloupe's "belly button" is a surefire way to know if it's good too use. If it smells sweet: Sweet!
2.You can adjust the recipe by using almond milk or almond milk ice cream.
