What better way to start your day then with a delicious and healthy smoothie. I learned this recipe while recently at an amazing wellness resort and couldn't get enough of it! What is your favorite smoothie?
Banana | 1 | |
Cacao nibs | 1 Tablespoon | |
Raw almonds/Cashew | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Unsweetened coconut milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.In a blender add all of the ingredients.
2.Blend on high for about 3-4 minutes until smooth.
SERVING:
3.Pour into a glass and serve!
