Smoothie - Chunky Monkey Smoothie

What better way to start your day then with a delicious and healthy smoothie. I learned this recipe while recently at an amazing wellness resort and couldn't get enough of it! What is your favorite smoothie?

Ingredients

Banana 1
Cacao nibs 1 Tablespoon
Raw almonds/Cashew 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Unsweetened coconut milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a blender add all of the ingredients.

2.Blend on high for about 3-4 minutes until smooth.

SERVING:

3.Pour into a glass and serve!
