"Holy basil, also commonly known as Tulsi or The Incomparable One has been revered in India for centuries. It is considered to be one of the most sacred plants in the Ayurvedic Tradition. |Kale stalks||3 (stem removed)|
|Mandarin orange||1 , peeled|
|Smoothie mix||1/2 Teaspoon (Organic Traditions Holy Basil Smoothie Booster)|
1. Cashews should be soaked for a minimum of one hour, up to overnight in our fridge.
2. Dates can be soaked for 1-3 hours. Make sure to remove any pits.
3. Drain and rinse cashews before adding to blender.
4. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender, and blend on high until smooth.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
