Spiced Guava Panna - How To Make Spiced Guava Mocktail - Chili Guava Coolers

With every sip of this Spiced Guava Panna pop all the worried thought bubbles, chill enjoy the day!


Guava 4
Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon (elaichi)
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon (jeera)
Crushed black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Black salt 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Chilled water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)
Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (as needed)



1.Boil and mash two large guavas.

2.In a bowl, add the mashed guavas, cardamom powder, cumin powder, crushed black pepper, black salt, sugar and mix well.

3.Store this spiced guava puree in a jar and use it as needed (1 tbsp of spiced guava puree makes 1 glass).

4.In a mason jar, add crushed ice, chopped guavas, mint leaves, 1 tbsp spiced guava puree,chilled water and stir well.

5.Add red chilli powder to a guava wedge and place it in the rim of the mason jar.


6.Add a straw and serve chilled.
