Learn how to make a perfect bowl of Fruits and Granola Breakfast rich of Vitamin E, fiber and antioxidants!


Ripe berries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh)
Greek yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Assorted cut fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mixed nut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Granola 2 Tablespoon
Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon



1. Blend the berries until you get a smooth puree. Add Greek yogurt and blend again.

2. Spoon the yogurt into a shallow bowl and top with granola, assorted fruits and nuts.


3.Serve and enjoy.
