|Ripe berries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh)|
|Greek yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Assorted cut fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mixed nut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
1. Blend the berries until you get a smooth puree. Add Greek yogurt and blend again.
2. Spoon the yogurt into a shallow bowl and top with granola, assorted fruits and nuts.
3.Serve and enjoy.
