It's Spring time and that means fresh rhubarb is in peak season! Take advantage of it while its around by making this delicious cocktail! Cheers!
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rhubarb stalks||4 , slice|
|Fresh rosemary sprig||2|
|St germain elderflower liqueur||1 Ounce|
|Syrup||1 Ounce (Rhubarb & Rosemary)|
1.In a pot, combine sugar, water, rhubarb, rosemary and bring the ingredients to simmer.
2.Cook for 20 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
3.In a shaker, combine gin, ice cubes, prepared syrup and shake well.
4.Strain into glass with ice cubes and garnish with rosemary glass.
5.Serve and enjoy!
