It's Spring time and that means fresh rhubarb is in peak season! Take advantage of it while its around by making this delicious cocktail! Cheers!
For syrup: | ||
Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Rhubarb stalks | 4 , slice | |
Fresh rosemary sprig | 2 | |
For cocktail: | ||
Gin | 2 Ounce | |
St germain elderflower liqueur | 1 Ounce | |
Syrup | 1 Ounce ((Rhubarb & Rosemary)) | |
Ice cubes | 4 |
MAKING:
1.In a pot, combine sugar, water, rhubarb, rosemary and bring the ingredients to simmer.
2.Cook for 20 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
3.In a shaker, combine gin, ice cubes, prepared syrup and shake well.
4.Strain into glass with ice cubes and garnish with rosemary glass.
SERVING:
