Cocktail Recipe- Gin, Rhubarb And Rosemary Cocktail

It's Spring time and that means fresh rhubarb is in peak season! Take advantage of it while its around by making this delicious cocktail! Cheers!


For syrup:
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Rhubarb stalks 4 , slice
Fresh rosemary sprig 2
For cocktail:
Gin 2 Ounce
St germain elderflower liqueur 1 Ounce
Syrup 1 Ounce ((Rhubarb & Rosemary))
Ice cubes 4



1.In a pot, combine sugar, water, rhubarb, rosemary and bring the ingredients to simmer.

2.Cook for 20 minutes. Strain and let it cool.

3.In a shaker, combine gin, ice cubes, prepared syrup and shake well.

4.Strain into glass with ice cubes and garnish with rosemary glass.


5.Serve and enjoy!
