Aam Panna Cocktail / Summer Special Cooler Drink

Mix some aam for some not so 'aam' cocktail! Stir up some childhood memories of Aam Panna spike it with some masti.


For aam panna:
Mango puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Black salt To Taste
For cocktail:
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Green chillies 3
Lemon disks 5
Chilled water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Triple sec 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tequila 60 Milliliter



For Aam Panna:

1. Make mango pulp. In a pan add water and sugar, let it cook till sugar dissolves.

2. Add the mango pulp to it and mix well, with salt. Add black salt once mixture thickens.

3. Now wait till the mixture cools and then refrigerate it.

For Cocktail:

4. Add aam pana in a pitcher, sprinkle cumin powder and add the slit chillies and lemon disks.

5. Fill the pitcher with water, triple sec and tequila. Place it in the fridge to chill.


6. In a margarita glass squeeze lemon on the rim and coat it with black salt.

7. Place ice cubes in the glass. Add the Aam-pana cocktail, garnish with lemon disks and chilli.
