Chai Latte is easy, tasty and so good for your health. Here is my version of Masala Chai.
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tea leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Fennel seeds||1/2 Tablespoon|
|Ginger piece||1 Small|
1. Heat water and add all spices. Let them simmer.
2. Add tea and milk. Bring to boil and let simmer until desired color is achieved.
3. Serve hot.
