Thandai 2 Ways / Holi Special Thandai Drink

Holi is not simply complete without Thandai. Try this at your home.

Ingredients

Pistachios 20
Chironji 1 Tablespoon
Melon seeds 4 Tablespoon
Almonds 20
Green cardamom 2
Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
Peppercorns 6
Poppy seeds 1/2 Tablespoon
Saffron strand To Taste
Rose water 1 Teaspoon
Rose petals 10
Sugar To Taste
Chilled milk 500 Milliliter

Directions

FOR MAKING:

1. Grind all of them and store in an airtight container.

2. Use the thandai mixture and mix well with chilled milk and sugar as needed.

3. Add ice cubes.

Or

4. Make thandai cubes by pouring the thandai in an ice tray and set it in the freezer.

SERVING:

5. Once set, serve frozen or serve chilled.
