|Chilled milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)|
|Coconut milk||3 Tablespoon|
|Coconut||2 Tablespoon , grated|
|Vanilla ice cream||8 Ounce|
|Pistachios||1 Tablespoon , chopped finely|
|Tutti frutti||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry fruits||To Taste|
1. Chop mangoes in a bowl, add chilled milk, sugar, ice cubes and blend well.
2. Pour the blended mix in a wine glass. Pour coconut milk with the back of a spoon.
3. Add freshly grated coconut on top of coconut milk. Place two scoops of ice-cream on the top.
4. Garnish with chopped pistachios, almonds, tutti-frutti and dry fruits of your choice.
5. Serve chilled with a spoon.
