Cocktail Recipe-Irish Julep Cocktail
Looking to drink something other than green beer this St. Patricks Day? Well, try my Irish Julep! It's an Irish twist on a classic Mint Julep and totally delicious. Sláinte!
Ingredients
| Fresh mint leaves | 10 | |
| Whiskey | 3 Ounce ((((Jameson)))) | |
| Simple syrup | 1 1/2 Ounce ((((equal parts sugar and water brought to a simmer then cooled)))) | |
| Crushed ice | 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((((as needed)))) | |
| Mint sprig | 1 |
Directions
MAKING:
1.In a shaker, muddle mint, simple syrup and whiskey.
2.Pour into glass with ice and top with mint sprig.
