Today we create the Manchester Cocktail, built as a riff off the Dorcheaster, this little drink utilizes gin, grapefruit juice and...oleo saccharum? Learn why!
The concept behind this kit is simple: You don't need to know jack about the ingredients, you just have to know what your mouth likes for flavor. Then, when you realize you love it, you'll understand why the ingredients were chosen and be able to work with them in more detail.
