Summer At Purdue

This episode is fresh and ripe, even if our cantaloupe could have been a bit more ripe. We create this cocktail with Hendrick's gin and some cantaloupe but it still seems to be missing something... we try a few things and find that it could use a bit of a sour tart to balance out the cantaloupe and a bit more sugar.

Ingredients

Cantaloupe balls 1 (1" diameter)
Lemon wheel 1
Simple syrup 1 Teaspoon (Rock Candy Syrup)
Peach bitters 2 Dash
Hendrick's gin 2 Ounce
Ice cubes 4
