The East Side, something like the South Side or Chicago South Side as they have gin and mint but the bitters design is different and the flavor profile is different.
We pick Hendrick's which is probably a good idea given the cucumber and mint combination along side the juniper-muted gin.
|Simple syrup||3/4 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||3/4 Ounce|
|Cocktail bitters||3 Drop|
In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber and mint leaves.
Add simple syrup, lemon juice, gin, cocktail bitters, ice cubes and shake well.
Double strain into cocktail glass and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve and enjoy!
