Santiago Sour / Pisco Sour 2 -Muddled Grapes!

Here is a twist on the well known Pisco Sour. Aside from being an egg white cocktail which is always silky smooth and sexy, the grape flavor comes through and lends great tasting elements to that of the pisco.

Taking it to another level, Ian tries drawing artwork with bitters on the foam because it would be cool. And, it is cool.

Ingredients

Pisco 2 Ounce
Lemon juice 3/4 Ounce
Honey syrup 3/4 Ounce
Ginger syrup 1/2 Ounce
Green grape 4
Ice cubes 3
Angostura bitter 3 Dash
Egg white 1

Directions

MAKING:

In a cocktail shaker muddle green grapes and add pisco, lemon juice, honey syrup, ginger syrup, egg white and shake well.

Add ice cubes and shake again.

Strain into coupe glass.

Top with few dashes of angostura bitters (optional).

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
