This is a simple refreshing take on the classic old fashioned. Here we swap out the traditional bourbon or rye, with a dry dark rum. The kind of rum that you could sip on it's own, with depth of flavour.
|Brown sugar cube||1|
|Angostura bitters||3 Dash|
|Orange bitters||1 Dash|
|Dark rum||2 Ounce|
Add sugar cube, both bitters, and sugar to a mixing glass; muddle.
Add the rum, fill the mixing glass with ice, and stir.
Strain into an iced rocks glass.
Garnish with a lemon & orange twist. Serve!
