A twist on the classic peach belini. Enjoy!!
Poached pears | 3 , pitted and diced | |
Sugar | 1 Pinch | |
Powdered cinnamon | 1 Pinch | |
Pear nectar/Pear juice | 3/4 Fluid Ounce | |
Sparkling wine | 1 1/2 Fluid Ounce |
GEETING READY
1. Take cinnamon and sugar in a plate. Mix it well.
2. Wet the rim of a glass. Place it over the sugar mix and then set it aside.
MAKING
3. Take a couple of pieces of poached peaches and pour pear nectar over it. Muddle it well.
4. Add ice, sparkling wine and a pinch of cinnamon sugar mix.
5. Shake up the cocktail.
SERVING
6. Strain into the serving glass. Stir and serve.
