A twist on the classic peach belini. Enjoy!!
|Poached pears||3 , pitted and diced|
|Powdered cinnamon||1 Pinch|
|Pear nectar/Pear juice||3/4 Fluid Ounce|
|Sparkling wine||1 1/2 Fluid Ounce|
1. Take cinnamon and sugar in a plate. Mix it well.
2. Wet the rim of a glass. Place it over the sugar mix and then set it aside.
3. Take a couple of pieces of poached peaches and pour pear nectar over it. Muddle it well.
4. Add ice, sparkling wine and a pinch of cinnamon sugar mix.
5. Shake up the cocktail.
6. Strain into the serving glass. Stir and serve.
