Caribbean Kick Flip Cocktail

Doug created the Caribbean Kick Flip using "theory" of what it may taste like and, of course, it has to have egg white. So here we go, build a recipe on the fly and taste it and hope we don't die.

However, Doug did keep it very traditional in terms of caribbean blend and kept a good balance even including the nutmeg as a well known trade spice for the caribbean.

Ingredients

Gold rum 1 3/4 Ounce
White rum 1 3/4 Ounce
Simple syrup 1 Ounce (Caradmom Clove)
Egg white 1
Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, simple syrup, egg white and shake well. Add ice cubes and shake again.

Strain into serving glass. Top with a dash of grated nutmeg.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
