Warm Rum Cocktail

A warm cocktail on a cold night with pineapple slices.


Rum 160 Milliliter ((Duppy Share))
Single cream 150 Milliliter
Pineapple slices 4
Unsalted butter 40 Gram
Brown sugar 20 Gram
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon



1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.



2.  Arrange the pineapple slices on a baking tray. Brush them with butter.

3. Dust brown sugar followed by cinnamon over the pineapple slices.

4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

5. Melt butter in a pot. Add the remaining brwon sugar and dissolve it in.

6. Pour cream into the pot, followed by pineapple juice. Heat everything without bringing it to boil.

7. Put cold rum in serving glasses. Pour laddle full of warm cream on top.



8. Tuck the golden brown pineapple slices on the sides of the glass.

9. Serve and enjoy!!
