Mango Margarita

Perfect frozen mango margarita with Ataulfo mangoes! Great cocktail for hot days.


Cubed mango 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (fresh or frozen , the riper, the better!)
Ice 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Silver tequila 2 Ounce
Orange liqueur 1 Ounce
Lime juice 1/2 Ounce
Lime wedge 1 (for garnish)
For salted rim mixture:
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 Teaspoon



In a blender, combine mango, ice, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and puree the ingredients.

In a small plate, combine salt, chili powder, sugar and mix well.

Rub the rim of glass with lime wedge and swirl in mixture to coat well.

Pour margarita into glass and garnish with lime wedge.



Serve and enjoy!
