For kiwi mojito
Kiwi 1 , finely chopped
Lemon wedges 2
Mint leaves 4
Sugar syrup 3 Tablespoon
Sparkling water 2 Fluid Ounce (To Top up)
For strawberry sherbet
Strawberries/1 cup frozen 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chopped finely
Lemon juice 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Crushed ice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Or as desired)
Sabja seeds 1/2 Teaspoon , soaked in 1/3rd cup water for 1 hour
For black grape soda
Black grape juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Sugar syrup 1/2 Tablespoon
Cumin powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Black salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Frozen grapes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Sparkling water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For orange cocktail
Orange juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Black salt 1 Pinch
Lemon juice 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar syrup 1 Teaspoon
Crushed ice cubes 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Soda water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
For mango smoothie
Thick yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Mango puree 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chilled
Powdered sugar 3 Tablespoon
Ice cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Saffron thread 4


For Kiwi Mojito


1. Muddle kiwi, mint and lemon wedges together.

2. Transfer half the mixture into a serving glass.

3. Add crushed ice and mint leaves.



4. Top with sparkling water and serve.


For Strawberry Sherbet


1. Add chopped berries to a pan along with sugar, lemon juice and water.

2. Stir and bring it to boil.  Cook until thick. 

3. Check for syrupy consistency and then pass it through a sieve. 

4. Take crushed ice in a glass. Pour some strawberry syrup on top. Fill the glass with water.



5. Top it with sabja seeds and serve.


For Black Grape Soda


1. Take some black grape juice in a glass, add some lemon juice, sugar syrup, cumin powder and black salt into a glass.

2. Drop in some frozen grapes.



3. Top with sparkling water and serve.


For Orange Mocktail


1. Take orange juice in a glass. Add some lemon juice and black salt to it followed by sugar syrup.

2. Add some crushed ice. 



3. Top with sparkling water and serve.


For Mango Smoothie


1. Take yogurt, mango puree, powdered sugar and ice cream in a bowl.

2. Blend it with a hand blender.



3. Pour into serving glasses. Garnish with saffron threads and serve.
