Betty's Apple Onion Yogurt Dressing

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Apple-Onion Yogurt Dressing. This dressing will be used on a salad in the next video in bettyskitchen, although it may be used for various purposes, such as a dip or sandwich spread.

Ingredients

Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Greek or regular)
Apple cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Tart apple 2 Tablespoon , finely diced (Granny Smith apple used)
Finely diced red onion 2 Tablespoon
Snipped fresh chives 2 Tablespoon
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Honey 2 Tablespoon (to taste) (Optional)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a small bowl, place yogurt, vinegar, apple, onion, chives, lime juice, and honey (if using). Whisk until well blended.

2. Pour into a cruet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use.

SERVING

3. Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.
