Plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Greek or regular) | |
Apple cider vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Tart apple | 2 Tablespoon , finely diced (Granny Smith apple used) | |
Finely diced red onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
Snipped fresh chives | 2 Tablespoon | |
Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 2 Tablespoon (to taste) (Optional) |
MAKING
1. In a small bowl, place yogurt, vinegar, apple, onion, chives, lime juice, and honey (if using). Whisk until well blended.
2. Pour into a cruet, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to use.
SERVING
3. Drizzle over salad and serve immediately.
