Kimberly Snyder's Oil Free Red Pepper Cilantro Dressing

Looking for a dressing that would possibly not compromise the health benefits of your healthy vegetables? This recipe right here, sure does that. Its yummy, delicious and very generous to your waistline as well. Enjoy guilt free!


Lemon juice 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Water 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Miso paste 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Red pepper 1 1/2 Small , strips
Cilantro 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Tomato 1 Medium



1. In the blendtec combine red lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, water, black pepper, salt, miso paste, garlic, red pepper, cilantro and finally tomato.

2. Pulse 8-10 times and blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth


3. Serve with fresh salad.
