Spinach Salad Dressing

This is a versatile dressing. It can be used in spinach salad with fruit or with bacon and hard boiled egg. It is also a great dressing for spaghettini salad.


Canola oil 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
White vinegar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Lemon 1 Large , juiced
Granulated sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 2 Pinch
Pepper 1 Pinch



1. In a bowl add canola oil.

2. Pour the vinegar while whisking it continuously.

3. Add the sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk them till combined.


4. Use this on any salad using spinach.


While using fruits in the salad, it would enhance the taste, if a small portion of the fruit is mashed into the dressing.
