Not your typical blue cheese salad dressing, this is one that goes great on a crisp cabbage salad.
Blue cheese | 3 Ounce | |
Heavy whipped cream | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Cider vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
Canola oil/Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Sugar | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING
1. In a food processor, add blue cheese and cream. Blend until creamy.
2. Then put yoghurt, vinegar, canola oil, sour cream, and sugar in it. Mix to combine.
SERVING
3. Serve blue cheese dressing with cucumber salad.
