Fresh Fruit With Bar Le Duc Dressing

Ingredients

Peach 1
Banana 1
Apricot 1
Orange 1
Nectarine 1
Pear 1
Seedless grapes 100 Gram (Few Required)
Fresh pineapple slices 2
Bar le duc dressing 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Cantaloupes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chilled
Fruit sherbet 250 Milliliter
For bar le
Olive oil/Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Tarragon vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 Teaspoon
Bar le duc preserves 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

1.

Peel, slice, and cut the fruit, except cantaloupes, into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

2.

Mix the ingredients of the bar-le-duc dressing.

Combine the lime juice with 1/2 cup dressing and sprinkle over fruit.

Blend well.

3.

Halve the cantaloupes, remove seeds, and fill with fruit.

Top with a scoop of lime, lemon, or orange sherbet.

Garnish with a strawberry, a few blueberries, and a sprig of fresh mint.
