Ingredients

Sliced banana 4 Cup (64 tbs) (8 medium size)
Cubed cantaloupe 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Avocado 1 Medium , peeled and sliced
Lettuce leaves 4
Sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Water 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Celery seeds 1 Teaspoon
Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Arrange 1/2 cup banana, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, and one-eighth of avocado on each of 8 lettuce-lined salad plates.

Place sugar and remaining 7 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until well-blended.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons dressing over each salad.
