How to Make Ice Syrup Verjus Vinaigrette

This dressing is marked by presence of an amazingly sweet ice syrup which is balanced by the tartness of the verjus.


Canadian ice syrup 1 Tablespoon
Verjus 2 Tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Ground mustard 1 Teaspoon
Freshly cracked black pepper To Taste
Sea salt To Taste



1. Take mustard, cracked black pepper, iced syrup, verjus and extra virgin olive oil in a bowl. Season it with sea salt.

2. Whisk it all together. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.


3. Drizzle over salad of your choice and enjoy.
