Betty demonstrates how to make Thousand Island Dressing. This is a traditional recipe that can be used as a dressing for salads or as a dip for vegetables and crackers.
Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chili sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
Milk | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Hardboiled egg | 1 , chopped | |
Sweet pickle relish | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. In blender, place mayonnaise, chili sauce, milk, and egg. Pulse until well combined.
2. Add pickle relish and pulse for a couple of times, allowing bits of relish to remain in the dressing.
3. Into a serving pitcher or bowl, transfer the dressing, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
SERVING
4. Serve over salad or with cheesy bread stick and enjoy!
