Betty demonstrates how to make Thousand Island Dressing. This is a traditional recipe that can be used as a dressing for salads or as a dip for vegetables and crackers.

Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chili sauce 2 Tablespoon
Milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Hardboiled egg 1 , chopped
Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon

1. In blender, place mayonnaise, chili sauce, milk, and egg. Pulse until well combined.

2. Add pickle relish and pulse for a couple of times, allowing bits of relish to remain in the dressing.

3. Into a serving pitcher or bowl, transfer the dressing, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.

4. Serve over salad or with cheesy bread stick and enjoy!
