hese Baked Doughnuts with Fresh Strawberry Glaze are SO good! They are the best baked doughnuts and are just a little healthier than fried doughnuts (but they're still doughnuts, haha).


Dry ingredients
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sugar 6 Tablespoon
Sea salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon
Wet ingredients
Grape seed oil 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (vegetable oil, canola oil)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vinegar 1/2 Teaspoon
Egg 1 Large
Vanilla extract 1/4 Teaspoon
For greasing
Butter 1 Teaspoon
For glaze
Chopped strawberries 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Confectioner's sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease doughnut pan with butter.


2. In a mixing bowl, take all purpose flour, add sugar, sea salt, baking soda and whisk to combine. In a vessel, add grape seed oil, milk, egg, vinegar and vanilla extract, whisk to combine.

3. Add in the wet mixture to the dry mixture and lightly mix. Pour the mixture into doughnut pan molds. Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes.

4. In a food processor, process the strawberries until smooth. Pour into a bowl, add confectioner's sugar, half cup at a time and mix until incorporated. Dip the doughnut in the prepared glaze.


5. Serve along with salty snacks.
