Gluten Free Chocolate Doughnuts With Glaze

KC the G-Free Foodie shows you how to make delicious Gluten Free Chocolate Doughnuts with a perfect Chocolate Glaze!


For gluten free chocolate doughnuts:
Gluten free flour blend 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs) (all purpose)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Cocoa 3 Tablespoon
Espresso powder 1 Teaspoon
Gluten free vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Coconut sugar 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Eggs 2
Milk/Coconut milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Non stick cooking spray 1
Sprinkles 2 Tablespoon
For 1 cup of glaze:
Dark chocolate chips 4 Ounce
Confectioners' sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Espresso powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 Pinch
Milk/Coconut milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon



Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease doughnut pan with spray and set aside.


In a bowl, combine milk, apple cider vinegar and stir well to combine.

In an electric mixer, combine oil, sugar, vanilla extract, salt and mix well.

Add cocoa, espresso powder and mix well.

Add milk mixture and mix to get a runny mixture.

Fill doughnut molds as shown in the video and pop into oven.

Bake for 12 minutes and once done, allow to cool completely.

For glaze, combine chocolate, vanilla, sugar, espresso powder, salt and mix well in a bowl.

In a saucepan, combine milk and butter, Bring the mixture to boil and pour over chocolate mixture. Allow to sit for 2 minutes and whisk until smooth.

Chill until thick and glaze cooled doughnuts. Top with sprinkles.
