For cinnamon sugar topping
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a doughnut pan with cooking spray and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Pour in the apple cider, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Pour the batter to a Ziplock plastic bag and snip the edge.

Pipe the batter into the prepared greased doughnut pan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping - in a bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
