Who doesn't love a delicious doughnut. This is my extremely easy and insanely delicious baked version. Perfect for fall. Enjoy.

Sugar | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Apple cider | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon , melted | |
Cooking spray | 2 Dash | |
For cinnamon | sugar topping | |
Sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon | |
Melted butter | 3 Tablespoon (For greasing) |
GETTING READY
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a doughnut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
MAKING
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
Pour in the apple cider, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Pour the batter to a Ziplock plastic bag and snip the edge.
Pipe the batter into the prepared greased doughnut pan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the topping - in a bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Take out the doughnuts and let it cool slightly.
FINALIZING
Lightly brush the doughnuts with the melted butter and then roll around in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
SERVING
Serve the doughnuts with some fresh juice.
