Edible Cookie Dough

Edible Cookie Dough is a fabulous recipe that is safe to eat and insanely addictive! Butter, sugar, vanilla and flour are combined with chocolate chips. The dough can then be stirred through ice cream, rolled into balls and dipped in chocolate to make truffles, or simply eaten as is. Stores in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months - give it a go!

Ingredients

All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Butter stick 125 Gram (1 stick)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Milk 2 Tablespoon
Milk chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dark chocolate chips 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

FOR 3 CUPS OF DOUGH:

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.

 

MAKING:

In a baking tray, place the flour and pop into oven. Cook for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and cream together using hand mixer.

Add vanilla extract, salt, flour and mix well.

Add milk and mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips and roll into balls.

 

SERVING:                       

Serve and enjoy!

 

NOTE:

This dough is not suitable for baking.
