Butter | 4 Ounce , grated (1 stick, cold) | |
All purpose flour | 10 Ounce , sifted | |
Salt | 1 Pinch | |
Cold water | 120 Milliliter |
MAKING
1. Take grated cold butter in a bowl.
2. Add all purpose flour, salt and water and bring the dough together.
3. Wrap the dough in saran wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
SERVING
4. Use the dough to make quiche or pies. Enjoy.
