Ingredients

1/4 cup Quinoa (rinsed)
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Brown Lentils (rinsed) (Whole Masoor Dal)
1 & 1/2 cup Water
4 5 Cherry Tomatoes (cut into half)
1 Onion (shredded)
1/2 cup Red Cabbage (shredded)
1 Carrot (julienned)
1/2 Red Capsicum
4 5 Olives (sliced)
1 Green Cucumber (diced)
Mint Leaves
Salt
For Honey Mustard Dressing
1 tsp Mustard Sauce
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
5 6 Garlic Cloves
1 Juice of Lemon
Salt.
