For tandoori tzatziki dip: | ||
Hung curd | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Grated and squeezed cucumber | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chopped dill leaves | 1 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , grated | |
Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chaat masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Lemon juice | To Taste |
MAKING:
For Spring Onion Dip:
1. Add garlic, chilies, spring onions, sugar, mustard powder, pepper and salt to the hung curd. Give it a nice mix.
2. Our Spring Onion Dip is ready.
For the Honey Mustard Dip:
1. Add honey, mustard, pepper and salt to the hung curd. Give it a mix and our honey-mustard dip is ready.
For Tandoori Tzatziki:
1. In a cup add cucumber, dill leaves and grated garlic. Give it a mix.
2. Add chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
3. Give it a final mix. Our Tandoori Tzatziki is ready.
