Goan Stuffed Chicken - Air Fryer Ninja Foodie

A simple stuffing starts with Onion and Garlic, Sausage and Bacon, Mushrooms, Peas, Carrots, Parsley, and fried bread. This is stuffed into the bird smeared with a mixture of Ginger and Garlic paste, Spices, Salt, Pepper, and Vinegar.


For stuffing:
Cubed bread 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or 2 slices)
Diced onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Minced garlic 2 Tablespoon
Chopped sausage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chicken)
Chopped mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt and pepper To Taste
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Peas and carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped parsley/Chopped coriander 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For marinade :
Whole chicken 4 Pound
Ginger and garlic paste 4 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Cracked pepper 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon



1. First fry the bread cubes and keep them aside.

2. Pressure cook the chicken for 15 mins, once done allow to cool.


4. Add more oil and saute the onion.

5. Once translucent, add the garlic, followed by the sausage and the bacon.

6. Allow the sausage and bacon to cook and then add the mushrooms.

7. Add salt and pepper to taste.

8. Add the chilli and cumin powder and mix it in.

9. Add the peas and carrots, allow this to cook, and add the parsley.

10. Toss the bread back into the pan and mix well.

11. For the chicken, prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together.

12. Pressure cooked chicken, Stuff the chicken and smear the marinade over the skin.

13. Air fry for 20 mins.

14. If only air frying the chicken, stuff and marinate and cook for 20 mins, checking in between to prevent burning and make sure the International temp reaches 170 in the thickest parts.


15. Serve and enjoy!
