Fattoush Arabic Salad

This Fattoush Salad is a combination of fresh healthy ingredients, it gets its amazing flavour from a blend of olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, sumac, pomegranate molasses, dried mint, salt pepper.

Ingredients

For dressing:
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Crushed garlic 1 Tablespoon
Sumac 1 Teaspoon
Pomegranate molasses 1 Teaspoon
Dried mint 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Fresh cracked pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
For salad:
Chopped lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped parsley 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped mint 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sliced spring onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced cucumbers 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Diced green pepper 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced radish 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For pita bread:
Pita 80 Gram (or 2.8 oz)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste

Directions

MAKING:

1. Either shallow fry the pieces of pita or bake in the oven.

2. Mix all the dressing ingredients together.

3. Add all the salad ingredients to a bowl.

4. Add the dressing and toss.

5. Top with the pita.
