Chicken Kheema Biryani is a flavorful one-pot meal with fragrant long grain cooked basmati rice in Minced Chicken and aromatic whole spices.


To marinate chicken:
Chicken mince 800 Gram
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 2 Tablespoon
Cumin seed powder 1 Teaspoon
Coriander seed powder 1 Tablespoon
Garam masala powder 1 Tablespoon
To make chicken keema:
Oil 5 Tablespoon
Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
Star anise 1
Green cardamoms 5
Cloves 5
Black peppercorns 10
Bay leaves 2
Black cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Onion 4 , finely chopped
Salt To Taste
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Tomatoes 3 , finely chopped
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Mint leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Green coriander 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Green chillies 6
Salt To Taste
To make biryani:
Boiled egg 5
Rice 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Saffron water To Taste
Coriander leaves To Taste
Mint leaves To Taste
Fried onions To Taste
