Special Signature Aloo Sev Usal Peas Curry / Homemade / Indian Street Food

Sev Usal (Sevsar) is medley of various sweet, spicy and tangy flavours which is made from peas, Indian spices and garnished with besan sev(Fried Chickpea flour Noodles). Let me show you my unique way of making and serving Sev Usal. My family don't really enjoy only matar ragda (Peas Curry) so I add aloo (Potato) in my Sev Usal ragda. I am sure, once you try my way of making this dish, you will always want to make it this way!
