Marinated Chicken is skewered with with onions and green peppers and semi cooked on my bbq and then tossed in a delicious tomato gravy and cooked. Chicken Tikka Masala is a British invention and is very similar to the famous Butter Chicken. Watch the video to see what makes it different!

For gravy: | ||
Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Mustard oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Diced onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |

Tomato puree | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh) | |

For finishing: | ||
Dried fenugreek | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Garam masala | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Heavy cream | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
1. Marinate the boneless chicken with lime juice, salt, pepper, chilli, turmeric and cumin powder.
2. Add the Garam Masala, ginger and garlic paste, yogurt, mustard oil, dried fenugreek and marinate.
MAKING:
3. Skewer together with the onion petals and green pepper and BBQ.
4. Also BBQ the green chillies.
5. To make the gravy, heat up the regular and mustard oil and saute the diced onion.
6. Add the ginger and garlic paste, red chilli, turmeric and cumin powder, garam masala, salt to taste, pureed tomatoes water and dried fenugreek.
7. Add all the cooked chicken, onion petals and green pepper to the gravy.
8. Also, add the green chillies and add the extra salt, dried fenugreek, chilli powder & Garam Masala and cook for 5 - 10 mins.
9. Finish off with the heavy cream.
SERVING:
