Jello And Ice Cream Pudding
Jello is dissolved in water and mixed with ice cream and then set. The beauty of this dessert is combining it with multiple layers. This is something I was introduced to by my friend Yvette a very long time ago. When the kids were little, we would serve this at almost every get-together. It's delicious and a crowd pleaser and just so damn easy to make!
Ingredients
| Jello | 85 Gram | |
| Boiling hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla ice cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Semi melted) |
Directions
GETTING READY:
1. Dissolve the Jello in hot water and allow to come to room temperature.
MAKING:
2. Mix the jello in the ice cream.
3. Layer in a serving bowl and set completely before adding the next layer.
SERVING:
4. Serve and enjoy!
